How to Find Us and Where to Park

If you’ve lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area, then you’re probably familiar with trying to park downtown. This has been a huge focus for the city of Fargo, and they’ve created multiple ways to allow for free parking.

First off, to get to Replay Games, we are located on the corner of 1st Ave and 5th St N. We are kitty-corner from the Fargo Forum building, across from Gate City Bank’s drive up window, and two doors down from JL Beers.

Our exact location can be found here. We are in the basement level of the Exchange Building. You can also search for Replay Games Fargo, or type in our exact address: 502 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102.

While the Exchange building does have a parking lot, the other businesses pay for those spots. So please keep that in mind. They have agreed to let us use the parking lot after 6pm during the week, and all day during the weekends.

Usually there is quite a bit of available parking along the streets near our building as well. Monday – Friday this is monitored for 90 minute parking, but after 5pm and the weekends, they stop monitoring. That means, you can park in a 90 minute zone at 3:30pm, and not be in danger of getting a ticket.

Parking Ramps

If you plan to do extra shopping downtown, be sure to check out free parking from Fargo Parking. And be sure to take a look at this helpful information found on their site.

We are also very close to the Broadway Square, which has a great section about Downtown Fargo parking.

Here is a short video of Tish showing how quickly you can walk to Replay Games from the Block 9 parking ramp, just down the street from us!

Places like the Robert Commons Garage or Block 9 Parking Ramp offer the first 2 hours of parking free, and the remaining rates are extremely reasonable. But, after 5 and 6pm respectively, and on the weekends, parking is free! There are multiple lots in downtown Fargo to choose from. Please refer to the Fargo Parking website for more info!
