Interesting facts about Banjo-Kazooie
-According to How Long to Beat’s website the average play through takes about 13 hours to complete.
-According to GameRankings.com, Banjo-Kazooie currently holds an overall rank of #213, and #6 on the N64.
-According to VGChartz, Banjo-Kazooie has sold over 3.5 million units worldwide.
-Currently, about 7 games are sold per day.
-Originally developed for the SNES with the project title of Dream, the announcement of the N64 made the ACM (Advanced Computer Modeling used for Donkey Kong Country) obsolete. Even though the project was in development for a year, it was cancelled, and turned into the basis for Banjo-Kazooie.
-After the project was destined to be on the N64, Kazooie actually didn’t exist yet. He would be added later, as a means of expanding Banjo’s abilities.
-Banjo-Kazooie would go on to earn multiple awards, and considered to be a good successor to Super Mario 64.
