-Currently, about 2 games are sold per day.
-Designed specifically for home consoles.
-Credited as being the father of the Mega Man franchise, Keiji Inafune, believes that he only helped a concept his mentor, Akira Kitamura, started. However, Inafune would be influential in nearly every Mega Man game in the franchise. He was hired right out of college, and started working on Street Fighter. Mega Man would be the second game he is accredited with working on.
-Despite critics loving Mega Man, it sold poorly.
