Released in March 2017, Breath of the Wild was one of the launch titles for the Nintendo Switch, but it also came out on Wii U. It is rated E for Everyone 10+. We have had younger kids play it in store and it usually goes fine, although the gameplay is a little complex and having such an open world to explore can be overwhelming. It is a phenomenal game, and kids who are looking for a more difficult challenge from Minecraft may find this one a good step up.
